GoldBrickers has a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days or if closed the next open day after receiving your item to request a return. 

Only new in box sets can be returned.  All used and preowned sets are sold in "as is" condition and will not be eligible for returns.  New in box items must be in the same condition as in which they were received and must be unopened with all seals intact.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on food. sale items, used and preowned sets or items sold in "as is" condition.
